Angela’s Best Cleaning was established in 2018 by Angela and her husband Joe. Their goal was to provide a professional cleaning service that could be utilized in both a commercial and residential setting. We are a local business with experience in residential and commercial cleaning services such as offices and warehouses. Our cleaners are professional, meticulous and efficient! Proudly serving clients in Queensbury, Glens Falls, Lake George, Bolton Landing, Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa and Greenfield Center.

Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • What should I expect at the time of consultation?

    An ABC staff member will walk thru your space with you to get a sense of the areas you notice to be the most problematic/difficult  to keep clean. We will work together to identify the cause of these things to find the proper solution. The ABC staff member will discuss in detail the services and options that can be provided. No two spaces are exactly the same therefore we feel it is best to see and experience each individually. Not only does this provide us the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with your space, but it gives you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with us! 

  • What should I expect at the time of your cleaning?

    The ABC crew will arrive within the one hour window provided to you at the time of scheduling. Our crew will bring all of their own supplies, equipment and products. They have been fully trained to select the best product for each surface being cleaned. Our products have been chosen based on their environmental impact as well as efficacy. We mostly utilize products that are naturally derived and proven to get the job done! If there is a particular product request, we ask that it be left out at the time of your cleaning. 


    You will be notified upon completion of your service if preferred. Payment is anticipated at the time of service and will be discussed ahead of time as to method of completion.


  • How do I make a payment for my services?

    An ABC crew member will determine with you, ahead of time, your preferred method of payment. We accept cash, check, credit card or bank transfer and NYS sales tax will be applied to all dates of service. If payment by cash or check, please leave in an envelope in designated spot at the time of cleaning. If payment by credit card or bank transfer, invoice will be emailed to client upon completion of the service. Payment is anticipated within 24 hours of completion of the service. 

  • What if I want to refer someone?

    ABC happily accepts referrals and also wants to reward our clients for doing so! In our small community word of mouth is very important. We want our clients to know how honored we are that they would share our info with their friends and loved ones therefore we offer a 10% discount towards a future service for each client referred that receives a cleaning. A small way to say thank you for your support!

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    You can call, text, email or message thru any of our social media platforms for scheduling of any type of appointment. In most cases our initial cleanings are scheduled approximately 2-3 weeks from the time of consultation. Once you’re an active client with ABC you will receive priority scheduling while receiving routine services. 

  • Do you have liability insurance?

    Yes! Insurance Certificate will be provided to you specific to your space upon signed agreement. Our company does hold liability insurance and is also bonded. We do also offer worker’s compensation for the safety of our employees. Add’l information available upon request. 

  • Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

    At Angela’s Best Cleaning, our clients happiness and satisfaction are our top priority! We pride ourselves in providing professional, meticulous and efficient cleaning services! If at any point you are unsatisfied with the service that has been provided, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution that meets your expectations. We do kindly request any repeat walk-thru discussions be scheduled within 24 hours of cleaning to ensure adequate handling of any situation that arises.
